PowerUP is a unique, hybrid learning coaching approach to amplify personal potential at various stages and transition points in one’s career. Taking a cue from elite sports, PowerUP Sprints develop muscle strength for career fitness. Think of it as personal training for professional muscles.

Using the science of career fitness, we apply predictive research to strengthen confidence and amplify the contribution of your talent. Individualized online learning is supported though personal assessment and online resources. Facilitated group coaching adds an invaluable dimension for practical application and cohort support that extends beyond the initial experience. This performance improvement is both personal and practical, to close gaps and accelerate high impact next steps.

The PowerUP program works best when taken as a sprint:

  • 7-10 individuals per cohort

  • 4 sessions, either weekly or bi-weekly

  • Each session includes: online assessments with personalized feedback (15-20 minutes), small group, scenario-based personal training to drive action (90 minutes), and optional online learning labs to review research (20 minutes)
