
Individual Coaching
Personal Assessment and Goal Setting:
Each coaching relationship begins with individual assessment, analysis
and goal setting. Working together, we will craft 3-5 measurable performance
improvement goals, and determine ways to hold our coaching relationship
accountable to achievement and success. The process of determining measurable
goals and accountability strategies is often invaluable for executives,
and lays the groundwork for them to work more productively with their
teams.
One-on-One Coaching:
A typical coaching session includes 3-4 interactions per month, for
no less than 3 months. A combination of face-to-face meetings, phone
conferences and web-conferences will be used based on the clients
needs and availability. In addition, each client is supported with email
and resources to help extend and supplement direct coaching sessions.
Performance, Strategy and Leadership:
In addition to general coaching, our work focuses on the business results
that the executive needs to achieve. Working through the program helps
an executive assess and optimize their contribution to their organization,
resulting in personally improved performance, confidence and attitude.
This business focus is unique in my coaching approach and often creates
improvements that ripple throughout an executives team.
Technology for Executives:
Technology provides a competitive advantage that is critical for todays
executive. However, many executives are only barely functional with
their computer. Performing the basics of word-processing and e-mail
isnt really taking advantage of the information and communication
possibilities. Personal technology coaching can develop effective strategies
for gaining advantage from technology without the embarrassment of asking
for help.
